Abstract

This study aims to find out about the Procedure for Preparing the Budget Implementation Document for Regional Work Units (DPA-SKPD) at the Social Service in (BPKPAD) Bantul Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study of the system and procedure for Preparing DPA-SKPD at the Social Service in (BPKPAD) Bantul Regency are systems and procedures that have a series of activities to handle operational activities in order to achieve a goal. A budget is a plan prepared by a company or agency systematically and in detail which is used within a certain period of time and is first reviewed by a higher official to be used as a formal budget. The Budget Implementation Document for Regional Work Units (DPA-SKPD) is a document containing income, expenditure and financing which is used as a basis for estimating the budget to be achieved. SKPD prepares the Draft DPA-SKPD after SKPD receives a notification letter from the Regional Secretary, SKPD makes a draft and then submits it to BPKPAD for verification by looking at the amount of the activity budget and then comparing it with the regional financial capacity. The Draft DPA-SKPD is submitted to the Regional Secretary for approval to be used as a basis for budget implementation by the Head of SKPD.
