Abstract

The government is given the authority to manage regional revenue and expenditure budgets more broadly. Regional expenditure is used to fund the implementation of government affairs that are the authority of the Province or Regency/City. The budget is the most important tool and has a high responsibility in a public sector organization, because the budget is used as a measuring tool or performance assessment to be achieved in the future and is expressed in numbers. This study aims to determine and measure the level of efficiency of regional government performance at the Yogyakarta City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. This study uses the Budget Realization Report obtained from the research object. The results of this study conclude that the average calculation shows that it is still considered less efficient, and shows the ability of the Yogyakarta City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office to allocate a fairly high budget for the spending budget, especially those directly related to public services. The cause of this inefficiency is due to the large amount of spending.
