Abstract

ABSTRACT Ringin Sari Village is a village located in Suoh District, West Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, Indonesia. Village or sub-district government is the lowest government unit below the sub-district, village level government is tasked with organizing and managing existing resources in the village and has the obligation to carry out population administration as a form of service to the community. The problem that is often faced is the difficulty of finding the required population data because the data is only processed using Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel which is not stored regularly so that usually there are duplicate data or some data is deleted. Meanwhile, administrative services for making various types of certificates/introductions usually require residents to come directly to the village office, not to mention that the village secretary or village head is not in the office so administrative services may be delayed. The aim of this research is to make it easier for village officials and residents to carry out administrative services and process population data. The method used in this research is the waterfall method which will later produce an Administrative Services Application and Population Data Processing.
