Abstract

ABSTRACT CV Cahaya Motor is a company engaged in motorbike repair services that strives to provide the best service and comfort for visitors. To design and develop an Android-based motorbike repair system application using the Scrum method to speed up the development process and increase flexibility in responding to changing user needs. This application is designed to provide various features required in the daily operations of a motorbike repair shop. By using the Scrum methodology, the development of this application can be more responsive to changing user needs and faster in providing relevant solutions, and this application can make a significant contribution in increasing the operational efficiency of motorbike workshops. By using the Scrum method, the results of this research are reducing the time needed to serve customers and making service more efficient. Keywords: Queue, Scrum Method of Ordering Service, Fast Service, Light Service, Warranty Service.
