Abstract

ABSTRACT SMA Negeri 1 Mertoyudan or better known as SMA Negeri Tidar is one of 11 public high schools in Magelang Regency which is located on Jl. Pramuka No.49, Pancaarga 1, Banyurojo, Kec. Mertoyudan, Magelang Regency. Personnel management is a very important process to realize government performance in providing services to the community. The problem at SMA Negeri 1 Mertoyudan is that the data collection process for personnel management is still carried out manually, including the process of recapitulating employee data, employee leave, attendance, employee assessment, and so on. This website also has the advantage of accessing data and can provide information using the WhatsApp gateway which can be done anywhere and at any time. By building a web-based system, you can handle the employee data collection process at SMA Negeri 1 Mertoyudan easily and quickly and can store employee data in a database safely and can assist the principal in the process of assessing employee performance at SMA Negeri 1 Mertoyudan.
