Abstract
ABSTRACT The system for scheduling activities and borrowing village facilities is important for recording goods in and out and agenda information. Currently, the Pataruman Village Office uses a paper-based recording system to record goods coming in and out, which means there is no responsibility for the existence of infrastructure. Therefore, the borrowing system at the Pataruman Village Office is less effective, so a new system is needed that can overcome this problem. The aim of this research is to create a system that can assist village officials in scheduling activities and managing borrowing of infrastructure. The system built uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The system currently being developed makes it easier for users to access agenda information that will be implemented via the existing website and makes it easier for village officials to carry out data management because existing data is stored in a database which reduces the possibility of data being lost or damaged.
