Abstract

Design and Build of a Web-Based Sales and Ordering Information System Nyoman Albert Kusuma, Yuli Asriningtias, S.Kom, M.Kom. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : hmdir520@gmail.com, kuliah.b.yuli@gmail.com ABSTRACT CV Savita Indonesia is a business actor engaged in providing basic ingredients needed in the world of food and beverage. CV Savita Indonesia always wants to provide satisfactory service by always providing innovation and convenience for its customers. However, currently the CV Savita Indonesia company does not yet have a Web-based sales and ordering system as a media for promotions and sales transactions, so customers who want to order or see the products sold by CV Savita Indonesia must contact the admin via Whatsapp and write down the product details. will be ordered. This certainly makes it difficult for the admin to convey information about the products being sold and the amount of stock still available. This is what underlies the author to create a Web-Based Sales and Order Information System which can be a solution to overcome existing problems so as to increase sales of CV Savita Indonesia products. The research methods used by the author to support the system design process include observation, interviews and literature study methods. This web-based information system design was implemented using the PHP (Pear Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL as the database.
