Abstract

EMPLOYEE SCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE INFORMATION SYSTEM AT PT GAMA INTEGRA INFORMATIKA (Case Study: PT GAMA INTEGRA INFORMATIKA) Ilham Garin Nugroho, Ahmad Tri Hidayat, S.Kom., M.kom. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email: ilhamgarinnugroho@gmail.com, ahmad.tri.h@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Employee attendance data in a company is very important data for the company. Attendance data can be used for payroll processes and employee performance assessments. PT GAMA INTEGRA INFORMATIKA is a company engaged in information technology that has flexible workspace and time. The problem faced by the company is the inability to manage employee scheduling and attendance efficiently and effectively. The purpose of this study is to overcome the problems faced by the company in managing employee scheduling and attendance with a web-based information system. The design used in system development is to use DAD (Data Flow Diagram). The information system built using the microservice concept uses the Javascript programming language with the Express.js framework as a server and the Vue.js framework as a user interface, and the MySQL database to store data on the system. The method used in the study is the waterfall method, which is carried out in stages in each process. The system built allows employee managers to manage employee schedules and employee attendance. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a web-based employee scheduling and attendance information system at PT GAMA INTEGRA INFORMATIKA can provide convenience in managing employee schedules and attendance, as well as increasing the company's operational efficiency.
