Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED PATIENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM USING CODEIGNITER FRAMEWORK (Case Study: UGM Korpagama Clinic) Maulana Fiqih Yustazar, Ledy Elsera Astrianty Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : elyustazar@gmail.com, ledyelsera@gmail.com, ABSTRACT The implementation of website-based patient registration at the UGM Korpagama Clinic is a positive thing to help facilitate patient registration and get a queue number. The existence of this online patient registration aims to make it easier for people to register when seeking treatment at the UGM Korpagama Clinic. Currently, patient registration for treatment is still done manually, such as recording patient data for treatment is still done in writing. Seeing that the current system is still lacking, to facilitate the patient registration program, the author implemented a web-based patient registration information system. The stages in building this system include planning, data collection, system needs analysis, implementation, and testing. The creation of this website uses the Codeigniter Framework with a database using MySql. It is hoped that the existence of a web-based patient registration system can help and facilitate registration at the UGM Korpagama Clinic.
