Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED EMPLOYEE PAYROLL INFORMATION SYSTEM USING CODEIGNITER FRAMEWORK (Case Study: PT Primissima Sleman) Pieter Adiguna Istyana, Ledy Elsera Astrianty, S.Kom., M.Kom. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : pieteradiguna81@gmail.com, ledy.elsera.astrianty@staff.uty.ac.id ABSTRACT PT Primissima is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) company which operates in the textile processing sector. This company employs hundreds of employees from the board of directors to the production department. Based on observations and observations made by the author, the attendance process down to the payroll process is still carried out manually using books and simple computerization. This method is less effective because the personnel department has to do the work, namely recapping and calculating employee salaries based on the attendance book. This results in errors in the recap process or calculating employee salaries. With these problems, a system was created that was used to carry out web-based attendance and payroll. The aim of this final project is to build a web-based employee payroll information system that can make it easier for employees and personnel departments to carry out attendance and payroll processes. The stages carried out by the author in this final assignment are data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The author has tested the system using the black box method from 22 test scenarios which were carried out with a success rate of 100%.
