Abstract

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF WEB-BASED SALES REPORT INFORMATION SYSTEM APPLICATION (Case Study: PT Troya Digital Mesail Yogyakarta) Yosep Kristiawan, Dodi Hariadi, S.T., M.Eng. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail :yosepkristiawan913@gmail.com, dodihar@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT PT Troya Digital Mesail faces problems in recording orders, shipping, inventory, and sales that still use Microsoft Excel, so it is prone to damage, loss, and is not real-time. To overcome this problem, an integrated and real-time sales report information system application was developed, and equipped with forecasting. The development uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method, PHP programming language, and MySQL for database processing. This system aims to minimize errors in data collection, facilitate document searches, and support sales and product inventory operational activities. The results of the study show that this information system can provide updated and accurate reports, and uses the linear trend method for calculating future sales forecasting. Thus, this system helps the General Manager in making better and more efficient decisions, increasing operational efficiency, and optimizing product inventory management, thereby supporting the company's business growth.
