Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED RAW MATERIAL INVENTORY INFORMATION SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION REPORTING USING THE ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) METHOD (Case Study: CV Galaxy Media Ilmu, Bantul Yogyakarta) Lilis Apriani, Moh.Ali Romli, S.Kom.,M.Kom. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl.Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : lilisapri026@gmail.com, ali.romli@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT CV Galaxy Media Ilmu is a multinational company with company license number AHU-0005600-AH.01.15 of 2023. CV Galaxy Media Ilmu is located in Blali hamlet RT 05, Seloharjo, Pundong, Bantul. CV Galaxy Media Ilmu has several divisions that play a role in the book printing production process, these divisions include the paper cutting division, printing division, paper folding division, finishing/joining division, binding (cover) division, quality control division, packing division. Based on the results of observations obtained from CV Galaxy Media Ilmu, there are problems related to controlling raw material supplies and production reporting which is carried out manually, namely entering data in the ledger. System creation using MySQL database, system design using DFD, interface design, and system creation using PHP. This system was tested using Black Box Testing of each existing process. Of the 45 test results carried out, the value was 97%. With the existence of a raw material inventory information system and web-based production reporting using the EOQ (Economic Oder Quantity) method, which can control and optimize raw material inventory costs and make it easier for employees to carry out the report data management process.
