Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED PROJECT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: Bas Photography) Ananda Rizky Noval Rialdi, Anna Dina Kalifia, S.Kom. M.Cs. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: anandanoval743@gmail.com, anna.dina.kalifia@staff.uty.ac.id ABSTRACT BAS Photography Batang Regency is a vendor for celebratory events such as weddings, pre-weddings, graduations, and others. The problem lies in project management which is still done manually using ledgers for recording, whiteboards for scheduling employee departures, and a warranty period that cannot be more than 1 month due to inadequate storage because it still uses hard drives and flash drives. The purpose of this final project research is to provide a computerized project management solution adjusted to the ongoing business process. The waterfall method is the choice with the stages of planning, analysis, planning, design, implementation, and testing. The results obtained from this final project research produce a project management system that can manage user data, schedule data, project data, project history data, and project archive data. A longer warranty period of up to 2 months and a warning if the warranty period has expired. The test results were carried out by the direct owner Bayu Aji Saputra and 1 employee from 41 targets grouped into 13 case categories showing 100% in accordance with the target.
