Abstract
Kaliangkrik Magelang Community Health Center is a health service center that has various service units, one of which is outpatient services. Based on observations that have been made, the appointment reservation process with doctors is still done manually, causing inefficiencies and many errors in recording and managing schedules. To overcome this problem, an Android-based outpatient service reservation application was created which helps patients make appointment reservations with doctors easily and efficiently. This application has features for making and canceling appointments, as well as managing doctor's schedules which can reduce errors in scheduling and increase patient satisfaction. This system is also designed to minimize data loss because all necessary data, such as patient, doctor, treatment history and reservation schedules, is stored safely in the database. Admins can easily monitor and manage patient reservations and visit history, and print various reports. The stages of developing this application include data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. System testing is carried out using the Black Box and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods. The Black Box testing results show that from 55 test scenarios, all were successful with a success rate of 100%, while the UAT results showed a success rate of 90.6%, which shows this application is suitable for use. Thus, this Android-based outpatient service reservation application is expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing reservations at the Kaliangkrik Magelang Community Health Center.
