Abstract
Kebakalan Village is one of nineteen villages located in Karanggayam District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java Province. Kebakalan Village has a number of village assets that are divided into several parts originating from the village itself and from outside parties. The village assets owned by the village are included in the asset category which are village property originating from the original wealth owned by the village, purchased or obtained at the expense of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget or other legitimate rights. These assets are managed by Kebakalan Village agency officers who still use conventional methods because the lack of equitable application of technology has not been fully widespread. With the constraints of equal technology, a problem arises, namely causing several problems, including data on village assets may be unclear or incomplete, including information (ownership, physical condition, and actual value) this can complicate the accurate inventory process, the process of collecting asset data can be delayed or hampered due to the limited number of employees or village officials who can be involved in the inventory, the difficulty of identifying and naming assets consistently because there are too many assets with similar characteristics, and the difficulty in maintaining and updating asset data periodically can reduce the value of the information. So a Village Asset Inventory System was designed and created Using the Web-Based FAST Method which can provide effectiveness in processing, managing, maintaining village assets efficiently, facilitating transparent reporting of village asset management and optimizing the use of wealth resources in order to improve services and community participation in Kebakalan Village. The system uses the FAST (Framework For The Applications Of System Thinking) method with a development stage where there are six phases, namely initial preparation, problem analysis, needs analysis, logical design, decision analysis, integration design, and oriented methodology where this method can produce a high-quality system in a short time which is considered more effective in designing a system through a sequential process. The programming languages used are PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and C using MYSQL as a relational database management system. With the existence of a village asset inventory system, it is hoped that it can provide convenience and efficiency to Kebakalan Village agency officers in carrying out village asset inventory activities so as to minimize errors.
