Abstract

Perum Perumnas is an Indonesian state-owned enterprise engaged in housing development. Perum Perumnas Joglokerto Branch oversees development and sales in the Yogyakarta, Solo, and Purwokerto areas. Currently, the marketing transaction data management system at Perum Perumnas Joglokerto Branch can only be done in the office, which makes it a little difficult for marketing staff when providing information to prospective home buyers if at that time the marketing staff is out of the office and does not have direct access to the office computer. This study aims to design and build an Android application to facilitate the marketing transaction management process which previously could only be done from the office, which was considered less effective in terms of flexibility. The subjects of this study were the marketing staff and the head of marketing staff of Perum Perumnas Joglokerto Branch. This system allows marketing staff to carry out the marketing transaction data management process which will then be stored in the firebase database. The process in this system is described in the form of a flowmap and UML, which is something that describes the activities in the system being designed, how each flow starts, possible decisions, and how the business process or system ends. This system is made using the Java programming language and using the firebase database.
