Abstract
Information technology in the current era is experiencing very rapid development. By utilizing information technology, work becomes easier and ensures the quality and accuracy of information. Information technology can also be utilized for village asset management to facilitate village officials in managing village information. The Ngerangan Village Sub-district Office is located in Bayat District, Klaten Regency, which is a government agency engaged in the field of public services. Based on observations that have been made at the Ngerangan Village Sub-district Office, the inventory system used in Ngerangan Village is still manual, with recording in the inventory book and recapitulation in Microsoft Excel on the village computer. This manual method is prone to writing errors, with many scribbles and type-x in the inventory book. The process of copying data from the inventory book to the computer also takes a long time. Another obstacle faced in inventory management is in terms of borrowing goods to record the name of the borrower, borrowing limits and reports are still done manually by recording in the borrowing book. With these problems, a Web-Based Inventory Information System was created in Ngerangan Village. The stages carried out in this final assignment are problem identification, data collection, system design analysis, implementation, and system testing. This system is designed using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL, with features for adding, deleting, editing data, and printing reports of incoming goods, outgoing goods, and borrowing. The results of the design and implementation of this web-based information system are to produce features for recording inventory of goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods, buildings, borrowing, and the ability to validate borrowing data if there is a loan application and loan return, as well as print reports. System testing is carried out using the black box method as a functional system test and UAT testing. The results obtained from the test can be interpreted in the successful category, which means that the system is in accordance with user needs and functions properly.
