Abstract

The Muhammadiyah health service car is a social and health service located in the Yogyakarta City area. This Muhammadiyah health service car is under the auspices of FORSIKAMU (AmbulanMu Silatirahmi Forum) of Yogyakarta City. This transportation service car has been around since the Covid-19 pandemic hit Indonesia. This service is a free social humanitarian service for all people in need, but users can also help with operational activities through the donation box found in each vehicle. Currently, the ordering system implemented by the Muhammadiyah health service car still uses ordering via the Whatsapp application or via direct telephone manually. The creation of an Android-based Muhammadiyah health service car ordering application as an electronic media for ordering health service cars is expected to provide convenience to the Yogyakarta City Community in ordering health service cars. This application will later work by the user submitting a request for a health service car, then each volunteer will receive a notification and then confirm to receive the order submitted and provide services to the user according to request. Based on the research that has been conducted by the author, it can be concluded that this research can provide a solution to the existing problem, namely providing convenience to users who need health and hearse car services. By conducting this research, the author can build a health service car booking application that can provide convenience for users in booking health cars without having to know where the user is located. Supported by features that can later add data, change data, and display incoming booking data for the admin.
