Abstract

Kebakalan Village has services in the land sector, especially in the field of data collection and management of letter c. These services are still carried out manually. Officers search for letter c data with land certificates brought by residents and then match them with the letter c book. If the land certificate brought by residents does not match the letter c book in the village office, the officer will make a new record, then a new transaction can be carried out and if the land certificate data matches the letter c book, the transaction can be carried out. Data collection and data search that still uses a manual system, have difficulty in searching data because the letter c book is very thick containing hundreds of letter c sheets and the book has also been damaged. With these problems, the design and implementation of a Web-Based Letter C Document Digitalization System was carried out. This design consists of Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams and database design. The programming languages used are PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. The framework used is Laravel for interface design using the Figma application. This system has features for adding data, changing data and printing letter c. The author conducted a system test with a black box using 14 scenarios, the test results were 100% and UAT with a result of 88.86%. So the system is suitable for use by officers and residents in Kebakalan Village.
