Abstract
APBDes is a form of fund allocation intended for villages in order to strengthen service facilities for the community and government at the village level, so that the implementation of government and implementation of village development can be realized. The purpose of this study is to design a Web-Based APBDes Reporting Information System, so that the transparency of village funds can be more easily seen by the community, increase community trust in the government and facilitate villages in reporting village budgets. In this study, the author conducted research in Kebakalan Village, Karanggayam District. At the Kebakalan Village office which still uses Microsoft Excel for APBDes management so that documents can only be accessed by the village. While for the part of the data stored in hardcopy form is stored in the form of an archive to be made as an APBDes report, namely by copying data from other archives and then compiling a report. The development of this Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget Reporting Information System uses the waterfall method starting from field observation, needs analysis, system design, program coding, implementation, and testing. Data collection techniques through interviews, literature studies and observations. This study aims to design an information system for reporting APBDes using the PHP language applied to the Laravel framework and MySQL database which functions to process data related to the village budget plan to support transparency of village funds to the community and for decision-making needs for the village government.
