Abstract

In today's digital era, the transformation of document access systems and complaint reporting is a crucial aspect in efforts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of public services. However, this is in contrast to the method used in Kebakalan Village. Where land document access services and complaint reporting processes still use conventional methods. The method that is currently running causes various problems such as complexity and limitations in accessing land documents. Along with the complaint reporting process which experiences delays in identifying complaints. Based on the problems above, the author seeks related literature studies to find the best solution for Kebakalan Village. In this final project, the author creates an innovative mobile-based system for digital document access and complaint reporting, with a special focus on land documents. This system allows users to access land documents easily and quickly through a mobile platform, and provides the ability to report complaints by uploading photos and related location information. The existence of this feature is expected to accelerate the process of identifying problems and resolving complaints, increasing transparency, and supporting better decision-making at the government level.
