Abstract
Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) as an annual agenda in order to prepare national development plans and regional development plans. The problem that occurred in Gunungketur Village/Sub-district in Pakualaman District is, the process of recapitulating Musrenbang proposal data is still manual where data is obtained through meetings to determine the agenda of proposed activities to be implemented is still done by handwriting by filling out the community proposal form. As a result, many Musrenbang data are often lost and there are many errors in entering data, not to mention it takes a lot of time, and the form of data management is still done conventionally. Therefore, an information system was created that can be used to shorten and simplify the submission of activity proposal agendas and updating information about Musrenbang. With the system development method used is Prototype, using the PHP programming language and MySQL Database. The solution offered is a website so that the input process and data presentation can be presented in one process. The result of this research is a program of information system of Gunungketur village which aims to accommodate data of development planning deliberation result so as to accelerate the process of making village musrenbang report and solve the problem during development planning deliberation process in terms of writing error, time efficiency and avoid damage of conventional archive, then from the application that is built is expected to facilitate making village level musrenbang report and as a forum for public to submit to propose village deliberation result in the form of activities and regional development proposal which later can be directly monitored by Gunungketur Village.
