Abstract
Village asset inventory data is something that needs to be managed properly. Moreover, if in the recording process there are periodic activities that result in changes in the amount or condition of the data. Of course, the conventional recording process can no longer handle so many processes. Inventory data should not only be recorded, but can be processed properly so that it can be accessed at any time accurately and completely. In this sophisticated era, it is very supportive for the development of a system that can overcome this problem. The development of this system was carried out at the Sendangmulyo village office which still uses conventional methods in recording its inventory. This web-based information system can later be accessed by village staff as admins or the community. The development of this system was carried out using the waterfall method which is structured from needs analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing and program implementation. The system coding uses the PHP programming language which is applied to the Laravel framework and MySQL as a database. The system developed can help the process of recording infrastructure in the village. The Information System is also able to meet the needs of the community regarding loans and provide convenience for village staff in reporting. System testing includes testing the functionality, security, and performance of the application. After passing the trial phase, the system is ready to be implemented in Sendangmulyo Village and can optimize its asset management, record assets more easily, and create reports automatically and quickly.
