Abstract
Ngerangan Village is one of the villages in Bayat District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. There are several tourist attractions in this village. These tours are managed by a group called PokDarWis or the Tourism Awareness Group. In addition, the income in this village also comes from TPS 3R or the Reduce-Reuse-Recycle Waste Processing Place. TPS 3R has a positive impact on the community, because with the presence of TPS 3R, the waste in this village is well organized. In addition to the PokDarWis and TPS 3R businesses, each RT in Ngerangan Village has Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that are open every day with a variety of merchandise. These three types of businesses in Ngerangan Village are sources of income for the village. Village income itself can be interpreted as all receipts of money that enter the village account, where the income is the village's right in one budget year that does not need to be repaid. Currently, the system for processing village income input in Ngerangan Village from the surrounding community with their respective types of businesses still does not meet the needs, namely the perpetrators or managers of income sources make transfers or pay directly to deposit contributions to the village, then the finance department will record the income in Microsoft Excel, with needs that are still lacking. The current system is still not categorized according to the type of business owned by the community. From the existing problems, the author tries to provide a solution by building a web-based village income management information system. The system is designed with website technology using the Laravel framework, with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) programming languages and MySQL as a database. The system that is built will later provide input features, display data, update data, and delete data. The system will also be made more structured and organized which will help admins filter data according to group and needs. The creation of a web-based village income management information system has minimized problems, based on the results of system trials using the black box testing method from 56 test scenarios with a 100% success rate. From the test results, the web-based village income management information system is expected to be able to solve the existing problems of Ngerangan Village, Bayat District, Klaten Regency, Central Java in managing village income.
