Abstract

ANALYSIS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED STUDENT GRADE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT SDIT HIDAYAH KLATEN Feliks Yongky Lia Mborkey, Ikrimach Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta E-mail: feliksyongky76@gmail.com, ikrimach@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT This study focuses on the analysis and implementation of a web-based student grade management information system. Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Hidayah Klaten faces challenges in managing student data and grades, currently relying on Microsoft Excel applications. The process of collecting and managing student grades from various teachers is time-consuming and often poorly integrated. To address this issue, the development of a web-based information system is required to facilitate efficient recording, searching, storing, and reporting of student grades. The results of this study lead to the creation of an information system that eases the workload of teachers and administrative staff in managing student grades while providing parents or guardians the ability to access and monitor the academic performance summaries of students each year. It is expected that the implementation of this system can optimize efficiency and integration in managing student grade data at SDIT Hidayah Klaten.
