Abstract

WEB-BASED OPEN RECRUITMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR MENTORS USING THE SAW METHOD (Case Study: CV. Kursus Sipil, Ciamis) Bagas Darmawan, Moh. Ali Romli, S.Kom., M.Kom. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta E-mail: bagasdarmawan16092001@gmail.com, ali.romli@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Kursus Sipil is a company engaged in providing training services related to civil engineering. The company is located at Jl. H. Ubad No.220, Ciharalang, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency, West Java. Currently, the company faces challenges due to a lack of educators in the fields and programs offered. Additionally, the mentor registration process is still conducted using Google Forms, which is considered ineffective and inefficient. The purpose of this information system is to assist CV. Kursus Sipil in determining the best mentors based on scores and criteria established by the company, as well as to support the recruitment process for prospective mentors using the SAW decision-making method. This information system is built using the Laravel framework and MySQL database for data storage. The development process begins with designing the business process flow in accordance with the challenges faced by CV. Kursus Sipil. The SAW method is used to assess and rank potential mentors. The results of the research indicate that the developed information system can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the mentor recruitment process at CV. Kursus Sipil. This system allows the admin to evaluate and select prospective mentors more quickly and objectively based on predetermined criteria. Based on the calculations conducted during the system testing, the success rate achieved is 100%. It can be concluded that the open recruitment information system for mentors using the SAW method has been successfully implemented.
