Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF A INTEGRATED MEDICAL REGISTRATION APPLICATION WITH PATIENT MANAGEMENT AND MEDICAL RECORD SYSTEM AT HEALTH CENTERS (Case Study: Tegalrejo Health Center) Muhammad Zufar Fainan, Rodhiyah Mardhiyyah Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta E-mail: mzufarfainan@gmail.com, rodhiyah@staff.uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Health centers, as community health service providers in Indonesia, play a vital role in offering accessible and affordable health care. However, the patient registration process at health centers often encounters challenges such as long queues and prolonged waiting times, especially during busy clinic hours. The purpose of this study is to develop a mobile-based online registration application that is expected to address these issues by providing a more practical and structured registration alternative. Testing was conducted using interactive query testing, Black Box testing, and User Acceptance Testing. The Black Box testing included 17 test cases, achieving a success rate of 100%. User Acceptance Testing for registration staff included 9 questions with a score percentage of 93.34%, while for doctors, it included 6 questions with a score percentage of 96.67%. The testing results indicate that this application can support the registration process, expedite the registration, and reduce the administrative burden on staff.
