Abstract

ABSTRACT The study was carried out at Aleta Leather, a company in the leather craft industry. Challenges in the company's supply chain were identified using 16 validated performance indicators. The objective of this study is to determine the factors contributing to a decrease in performance ratings. Data analysis involved the use of SCOR and AHP methods, with SCOR helping to pinpoint indicators causing performance deterioration and AHP measuring overall supply chain performance. The largest discrepancy in raw material deliveries occurred in April, with a 250 ft difference, while there was no difference in January. The highest sales decline was recorded in March at 25 units, with the lowest in January at 43 units. The variation in forecasted demand ranged from 100 ft in July to 50 ft in June. In terms of raw material forecasting, the largest difference was 200 ft in August, and the smallest was 100 ft in July. The highest amount of defective raw materials was 200 ft in June, while the lowest was 100 ft in August. The raw material with the highest scrap was 350 ft in June, and the lowest was 300 ft in July. The maximum number of defective raw materials during production was 200 ft in June, with the minimum at 110 ft in September. The final supply chain value was 90.11, placing it in the excellent category. Two key performance indicators influencing supply chain performance were identified as: planning cycle time and material efficiency (yield). In the weighting results, the largest process value was 0.27 for the plan process, and the lowest was 0.17 for the source. The highest value in the SCOR calculation is 100 delivery and return, followed by make of 86.61, with the lowest value of 80.89 in the plan process. Keywords: SCOR, AHP, performance, supply chain management
