Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED SYSTEM FOR INVENTORY DATA MANAGEMENT AND ITEM MUTATION TO FACILITATE OPERATIONAL RECORDS OF THE COMPANY Noor Kamila Aprilia, Sutarman, S.Kom., M.Kom., Ph.D. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta Jl. Ring Road Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta E-mail: noorkamila57@gmail.com, sutarman@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT PT Gawe Becik Nadhah Anugrah is a digital marketing and distribution startup established in 2018, focusing on marketing and developing high-quality herbal products certified by BPOM. Currently, the company's data processing system relies on Google Sheets, particularly for managing office inventory data. This approach poses significant risks due to potential human errors, such as unintentional data manipulation and recording mistakes that lead to inaccurate data. Furthermore, the managed inventory data is not stored in a database, which hampers proper integration as the volume of data increases. Other issues include the lack of a mutation history and Google Sheets' limitations in handling large and complex datasets. Based on the analysis, design, implementation, and testing of the system, it was concluded that the developed system can be utilized by GA, Staff SPV, and Senior Manager HC. The usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded a score of 72, falling within the Acceptability Range, classified as Acceptable, with a Grade Scale of C, and Adjective Ratings of Good, indicating that the system is user-friendly and well-received by users. Functional testing using the Black Box method confirmed that the program operates correctly and meets the expected outcomes. Keywords: System, Data Management, Inventory Data.
