Abstract

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SYSTEM OF A WEB-BASED FIELD WORK PRACTICE (Case Study: SMK Dirgantara Putra Bangsa, Sleman, DI Yogyakarta) Zen Ali Fanany, Iwan Hartadi Tri Untoro Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: alizen479@gmail.com, iwan.hartadi@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze, design, and implement a web-based field work practice information system for SMK Dirgantara Putra Bangsa. SMK Dirgantara Putra Bangsa is a vocational school specializing in tourism, particularly in air transportation. The primary issue faced by this school is the management of field work practices. This study seeks to enhance the performance of the field work practice process. The results indicate that the developed system can effectively address the challenges associated with managing field work practices. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the design and development of the web-based field work practice information system can improve the field work practice processes at SMK Dirgantara Putra Bangsa.
