Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF A REGISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR DAY CARE AND WISMA PROGRAMS AT YAYASAN WREDHA MULYA, SLEMAN, DIY Maulana Faris Sidqi, Agus Sujarwadi, S.Kom., M.T. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta E-mail: farisjeh425@gmail.com, agus.sujarwadi@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Yayasan Wredha Mulya is an organization that serves independent elderly individuals through its Day Care and Grha Wredha Mulya (Wisma) programs. Currently, the foundation does not have an information system, requiring individuals to visit the foundation to obtain official information and register. The current registration process necessitates multiple trips to the foundation to collect requirements and undergo an independence assessment. This can be cumbersome, especially for those living far away. Additionally, the registration forms are still filled out with pen and paper, which can lead to data being unreadable or inconsistent. To address these issues, the authors developed a registration information system capable of providing comprehensive registration information and facilitating online registration. The authors employed the waterfall method, progressing through phases from requirements gathering to testing. The system development indicates that this information system can accommodate complete information regarding programs, facilities, and costs, while also addressing issues of readability and data storage. Black-box testing results showed that all 37 scenarios were successfully executed, confirming that the system responds reliably under various conditions with a 100% reliability rate.
