Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED STUDENT ADMISSION INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: SD IT Jabal Nur, Ambarketawang, Gamping, Sleman, DIY) Alfi Anwar Fadilah, Agus Sujarwadi Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: anwaralfi334@gmail.com, agus.sujarwadi@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Student admission is a crucial process in educational institutions, such as schools, used to select prospective students according to the criteria set by the institution. This research was conducted at SD IT Jabal Nur, which still conducts its student admission process manually. In this study, the researchers decided to create a web-based student admission information system for SD IT Jabal Nur. The web-based student admission information system will provide internet access for individuals seeking information about SD IT Jabal Nur. The aim is to assist SD IT Jabal Nur in establishing an efficient student data management and implementation system, particularly for new students. The methods employed in this research include data collection, system development, system requirement analysis, system design, database design, and interface design.
