Abstract
APPLICATION OF SMART DASHBOARD IN STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS USING ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS METHOD (Case Study: Student Affairs of Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta) Sona Rianda, Umar Zaky, S.Kom., M.Cs. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: sonarianda25032001@gmail.com, umarzaky@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT The Student Affairs Office of Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta (UTY) is an institution responsible for the administration, financing, and facilitation of student organizations (ormawa) at UTY. Administrative processes, such as the submission of work programs, activity proposals, and activity reports, often consume time inefficiently and are prone to file loss or damage. Additionally, the selection of the best ormawa is conducted subjectively and intuitively without a clear method. A Management Information System (MIS) serves as a solution to manage business processes and store data in a centralized database, which is widely used across various institutions, including addressing time and file security issues in the Student Affairs Office of UTY. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is utilized in this system to determine the priority values for each criterion, which are then normalized and summed to establish the final ranking of the existing alternatives. The Decision Support System (DSS) assists users in decision-making by applying the AHP method, thus rendering the selection of the best ormawa more objective and structured. The implementation of the Management Information System in the Student Affairs Office of UTY effectively resolved issues related to the submission of work programs, proposals, and activity reports, while also securely storing data in a centralized database. The applied DSS also provides a fairer and more systematic assessment in the ranking of ormawa. The results of the system's functionality testing using the black-box method indicate a success rate of 100%, while the accuracy test yielded a score of 70%, demonstrating a high level of effectiveness for this system.
