Abstract

Baturaden adalah kota yang terdapat di kecamatan Baturaden Kabupaten Banyumas. Letaknya dekat dengan kota Purwokerto, 640m dari atas permukaan laut dan berjarak 6 km dari gunung Slamet. Suhu udara di sana sekitar 16-25 derajat sehingga udaranya sejuk dan pagi hari cenderung dingin. Objek wisata alam Lokawisata Baturaden merupakan daerah andalan sektor kepariwisataan di Banyumas. Kabupaten Banyumas memiliki jumlah tempat wisata yang terus berkembang, dan potensi paling tinggi berada di wisata alam, dan potensi wisata tidak dibarengi dengan sarana akomodasi yang berkembang. Dengan fasilitas pada penginapan yang sudah ada di Baturaden, tentunya menjadi sebuah potensi besar untuk pengembangan sarana prasarana khususnya fasilitas penginapan. Diharapkan dengan disediakannya tempat penginapan baru yang memiliki berbagai macam fasilitas yang memadai di Kawasan Baturaden dapat membuat wisatawan lebih memilih menginap di kawasan Baturaden daripada di kota Purwokerto. Perancangan resort dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Organik erat kaitannya dengan isu kondisi eksisting lokasi site, hubungan antara alam dan bangunan itu sendiri guna memperbanyak wisatawan yang datang dan menginap. Bangunan dibuat selaras dengan alam, maka material yang digunakan untuk pembangunan konstruksi ini adalah material dari alam. Tujuan dari pendekatan Arsitektur Organik ini yaitu dapat mewadahi kebutuhan pengguna dengan baik dan juga memberikan suasana wisata alam yang kuat. Pendekatan ini akan menjawab permasalahan mengenai butuhnya sarana akomodasi pariwisata sebagai penunjang kegiatan wisata alami dan pemandangan di lokasi Baturaden dengan diaplikasikan pada bangunan atau bagian dari bangunan yang terorganisir berdasarkan analogi biologi atau yang dapat mengingatkan pada bentuk natural. Baturaden is a city located in Baturaden sub-district, Banyumas Regency. It is located close to Purwokerto city, 640m above sea level and 6 km from Mount Slamet. The air temperature there is around 16-25 degrees so the air is cool and tends to be cold in the morning. The natural tourist attraction of Baturaden Tourism is a mainstay area of the tourism sector in Banyumas. Banyumas Regency has a number of tourist attractions that continue to grow, and the highest potential is in natural tourism. However, this tourism potential is not accompanied by developing accommodation facilities. With the facilities at the existing lodging in Baturaden, of course it is a great potential for the development of infrastructure, especially lodging facilities. It is hoped that by providing new lodging that has various adequate facilities in the Baturaden area, tourists will prefer to stay in the Baturaden area rather than in the city of Purwokerto. The design of the resort with an Organic Architecture approach is closely related to the issue of the existing conditions of the site location, the relationship between nature and the building itself in order to increase the number of tourists who come and stay. The building is made in harmony with nature, so the materials used for the construction of this construction are natural materials. The purpose of this Organic Architecture approach is to accommodate the needs of users well and also provide a strong natural tourism atmosphere. This approach will answer the problem of the need for tourism accommodation facilities to support natural tourism activities and views at the Baturaden location by being applied to buildings or parts of buildings that are organized based on biological analogies or that can remind of natural forms.
