Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED E-REPORT SYSTEM (Case study: Banyu Rejo 1 Elementary School) Damas Dana Rasa, Afwan Anggara, S.Kom., M.Cs. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta E-mail : damas.dana.r@gmail.com, angga_afw@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Banyu Rejo State Elementary School is a basic education level that has a key role in forming the foundation of students' knowledge and skills. SDN Banyu Rejo 01 faces obstacles in managing academic grades which are still done manually, using physical forms for grade input and software such as Microsoft Excel for processing. This process is time-consuming, error-prone, and impractical. The solution implemented is a web-based e-Rapor system, which supports digital grade management with grade input features, automatic calculations, and report card printing. The implementation results show that this system has succeeded in reducing errors in recording grades, accelerating the process of managing academic data, and facilitating access to academic reports for interested parties. The test results using the Black Box method show that this system has a success rate of 85% in meeting the expected functional needs. Keywords: E-Rapor, Information System, Website
