Abstract

WEB-BASED TUITION PAYMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 2 JATINOM Muhamad Anasruloh, Sulistyo Dwi Sancoko Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : rullahanas20@gmail, sulistyo.dwi.sancoko@.uty.ac.id ABSTRACT SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom, located on Jl. Masjid Besar, Suran, Jatinom, Klaten, Central Java, still uses a conventional tuition payment system based on ledgers and physical payment cards, requiring students or guardians to come to school to make tuition payments. This method causes various obstacles such as data mismatch, damage to payment cards, and difficulties in managing financial reports. This study develops a solution in the form of a web-based tuition payment system with midtrans to process payments digitally. This study uses the waterfall method. This system provides features for students and guardians to make online payments, view payment information, print proof, and access transaction history. For admins, the system facilitates payment data management, while the principal can print financial reports directly. Testing using the blackbox testing method shows a usability effectiveness value of 94%. Showing that the system functions according to needs. Implementation of this system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of tuition payment management at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom. Keywords: Information System, Tuition Payment, Waterfall, Testing.
