Abstract

WEB BASED WAREHOUSE INFORMATION SYSTEM Renaldi Mahedra, Sulistyo Dwi Sancoko Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email: renalmahendra@gmail.com, Sulistyo@staff.uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Kafe Basabasi is a business engaged in the provision of food and beverages, especially coffee, tea, and snacks, located on Jl. Sorowajan Baru, Jomblangan, Banguntapan, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Currently, the management of raw materials in the warehouse is still done conventionally by recording data in a ledger. This process takes a long time, risks causing document accumulation, and allows damage or loss of important data. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based warehouse information system to facilitate the management of raw materials. This system is built to record incoming and outgoing raw materials, manage stock, and provide accurate and real-time stock reports. The methods used in the study include needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results of the implementation show that the web-based warehouse information system is able to improve the efficiency of raw material management, facilitate data recording, and support faster and more accurate decision making. The test results show that the warehouse information system functions well with a success rate of 100% and is in accordance with the objectives of the study, namely to facilitate the management of raw materials in the Kafe Basabasi warehouse. With this system, warehouse admins can manage raw materials in a structured and more effective manner, in accordance with the objectives of the study.
