Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF WEBSITE-BASED STUDENT LEARNING MONITORING INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: Jabal Nur IT Elementary School, Ambarketawang, Gamping, Sleman, DIY) Alief Nafzan Aswad, Adityo Permana Wibowo, S.kom., M.Cs Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: aliefnaf.a@gmail.com, adityopw@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Elementary school education plays an important role in forming the foundation of students' knowledge, skills, and character. At Jabal Nur Integrated Islamic Elementary School, student learning evaluation is carried out through periodic reports submitted to parents, but is constrained by delays in information. This problem hinders parental participation in supporting student development. This study aims to develop a technology-based student learning monitoring information system, to improve efficiency and evaluation. This system provides two-way access to teachers and parents, facilitates monitoring of student development, and overcomes inefficiencies in data collection and variations in evaluation approaches. The methodology used is Waterfall for gradual system development and Black Box for testing system functionality. The results of the student learning monitoring application support communication between teachers, students, and parents, and increase parental involvement in children's education. System testing achieved a 100% success rate, indicating that the student learning monitoring system has met the main needs.
