Abstract
Semaya Village, located in Pemalang Regency, has a predominantly agricultural population, with many residents engaged in farming. The government provides a subsidized fertilizer program that operates three times a year. However, the manual distribution of fertilizer has led to inefficiencies and potential errors in record-keeping. This study aims to develop an Android-based subsidized fertilizer distribution system to enhance the efficiency of the distribution process. The development methodology includes analysis, design, implementation, testing, and system maintenance. The system comprises a mobile application built with Kotlin and a backend developed using Express.js, enabling residents to check their subsidy status and submit applications. Additionally, it allows administrators and extension workers to manage and verify fertilizer distribution. The findings of this study suggest that the proposed system can significantly improve both efficiency and transparency in the distribution of subsidized fertilizer.
