Abstract
ABSTRACT Trans Jogja is a public transportation facility that operates exclusively in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Trans Jogja has many bus stops spread across three regions, namely Yogyakarta City, Sleman Regency, and Bantul Regency with different routes. The many and different routes allow users to be confused in choosing the right route, especially on the route from the terminal to the airport. Based on these problems, the author will try to implement the shortest path algorithm for Trans Jogja which is expected to provide an efficient route. The algorithm used to find the shortest path for Trans Jogja is the Dijkstra algorithm. The Dijkstra algorithm finds the shortest path based on the smallest distance from one bus stop to another. Using a graph, the elements needed are the initial node (terminal), the final node (airport), and the weight (distance between bus stops). Data was obtained from the public transportation integration map of the Yogyakarta Special Region Provincial Transportation Agency, while data on the distance between bus stops was obtained from Google Maps by inputting the coordinates of the initial bus stop and its neighboring bus stops. From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the search for the shortest path using the Dijkstra algorithm was successfully implemented with the results of the distance traveled and the stops passed by Trans Jogja to reach Adi Sucipto airport from the Jombor terminal, Condong Catur terminal, Ngabean terminal, and Giwangan terminal.
