Abstract

With the advancement of information technology, the implementation of digital systems is crucial for enhancing the quality of life within communities, particularly at the village level. Villages encounter challenges such as low democratic participation, limited connectivity for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and inadequate responsiveness to public services. The adoption of digital technology can address these issues through web and mobile-based applications that integrate the functions of village head elections, MSME promotion, and public complaint management. This study aims to develop interactive applications utilizing modern technologies such as Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, Next.js, and Express.js to support the electoral process, bolster the local economy, and provide more efficient and transparent public services.
