Abstract
A web-based new student admissions information system has been developed to streamline the registration process at SMP N 3 Samigaluh, transitioning from manual methods to a more efficient digital system. The study encompasses data collection, needs analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. The data obtained is used to ensure that the system can optimally meet the needs of new student admissions. The results of the study indicate that the system is able to improve the effectiveness of applicant data management and transparency in the selection process, which can increase public trust in schools. Testing using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) with prospective students and school administrators shows that the system provides significant benefits in terms of time efficiency, accuracy, and ease of access to information. System implementation enhances operational efficiency through automation features, reducing human error and improving data processing accuracy. In summary, this system has effectively delivered a comprehensive solution for a more modern and effective new student admissions process.
