Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based reservation information system for Annet Homestay, along with an Android application, to address the challenges of manual record-keeping and marketing limitations. This application enables prospective visitors to access real-time information about room availability, make reservations, rent vehicles, and discover tourist attractions near the homestay, all integrated with Google Maps. A web dashboard has been created to facilitate managers in overseeing transaction data, room availability, and vehicle rentals. The system development employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, allowing for a quicker design process that is responsive to user feedback. System testing is conducted using the Black Box method to ensure that the functionality operates according to specifications. The results of the study indicate that this system can enhance the efficiency of homestay management and simplify the reservation process for prospective visitors. With its online reservation features and real-time information, this system is expected to improve user experience and optimize homestay operations.
