Abstract

The inventory system is an application specifically designed to manage stock in the Zulaikha store warehouse. Previously, stock recording was conducted manually using a recap book, which was less effective and prone to errors. The purpose of developing this system is to create a computerized inventory management solution that enables shop owners to input, search, and monitor stock data more efficiently and accurately. This application was developed using the Agile Development methodology, allowing for a more flexible and adaptive development process that meets user needs. The technologies employed in this system include PHP, HTML, and CSS for web development, as well as Kotlin for mobile applications, with a MySQL database serving as the data storage medium. The results of this study indicate that the implemented system enhances efficiency in recording goods, minimizes errors in stock management, and provides convenience for shop owners in generating real-time inventory reports.
