Abstract

Kabupaten Cilacap adalah kabupaten yang berada di pesisir samudera hindia yang memiliki pantai pantai indah didalamnya. Dengan slogannya “Bangga Mbangun Desa” Cilacap terus memajukanberbagai industri khususnya dari sektor bisnis dan pariwisata. Banyak pabrik dan perusahan besar yang berada di cilacap yang membuat hotel menjadi daya tarik tersendiri entah itu untuk meeting maupun kunjungan bisnis dari luar kota. Pantai pantai di cilacap juga menawarkan susasana yang segar serta pemandangan yang indah untuk dinikmati wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Efek dari Covid-19 membuat orang orang mulai mencari udara segar untuk melepaskan penat setelah karantina akan covid-19. Dan setelah orang orang dapat keluar rumah dengan bebas, pantai menjadi daya tarik tersendiri. Hal itu menyebabkan wisatawan yang melonjak tinggi dan berimbas pula dengan tingkat okupansi hotel di cilacap. Akan tetapi, hotel di cilacap belum ada yang memaksimalkan view laut yang ditawarkan dengan iklim tropis yang indah. Dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Tropis, hotel akan memiliki hawa yang menyegarkan dan view indah menuju laut yang belum ada di cilacap. Oleh karena itu, kesempatan inilah yang membuat dasar dari perancangan ini. Dengan bukaan yang lebar menuju laut, akan memberikan warna baru untuk hotel yang ada di cilacap. Hembusan angin langsung dari laut juga membawa hawa baru untuk hotel hotel yang ada cilacap. Dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur tropis, hotel ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan pengalaman baru di cilacap sekaligus mengurangi dampak lingkungan dan meningkatkan kenyamanan thermal bagi para tamu. Cilacap Regency is a regency located on the coast of the Indian Ocean which has beautiful beaches in it. With its slogan "Proud to Build Villages" Cilacap continues to advance various industries, especially in the business and tourism sectors. Many factories and large companies are located in Cilacap which make hotels a special attraction, whether for meetings or business visits from outside the city. The beaches in Cilacap also offer a fresh atmosphere and beautiful views for local and foreign tourists to enjoy. The effects of Covid-19 have made people start looking for fresh air to relieve fatigue after the Covid-19 quarantine. And after people can leave the house freely, the beach becomes a special attraction. This has caused tourists to soar and has also had an impact on the hotel occupancy rate in Cilacap. However, no hotel in Cilacap has maximized the sea view offered with a beautiful tropical climate. With a Tropical Architecture approach, the hotel will have a refreshing atmosphere and a beautiful view of the sea that does not yet exist in Cilacap. Therefore, this opportunity is what forms the basis of this design. With wide openings towards the sea, it will give a new color to the hotels in Cilacap. The direct breeze from the sea also brings a new atmosphere to the hotels in Cilacap. By integrating the principles of tropical architecture, this hotel aims to offer a new experience in Cilacap while reducing environmental impact and increasing thermal comfort for guests.
