Abstract

Perancangan Resort di Desa Wisata Guci Kabupaten Tegal, bertujuan untuk menciptakan fasilitas akomodasi yang mendukung pengembangan pariwisata lokal, dengan tetap mempertahankan kearifan lokal dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Kawasan wisata ini memiliki potensi unggulan berupa sumber air panas alami. Oleh sebab itu, kawasan wisata Guci banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Resort ini dirancang dengan pendekatan arsitektur tropis, yang mempertimbangkan iklim tropis Indonesia dengan pemanfaatan material lokal, ventilasi alami, dan pencahayaan maksimal. Desain ini mengutamakan kenyamanan pengunjung melalui penyediaan ruang terbuka yang luas dan penghawaan alami pada bangunan, serta penggunaan elemen-elemen desain yang ramah lingkungan seperti kayu, atap genteng dan sistem pengelolaan air hujan. Dengan konsep tersebut, resort ini diharapkan tidak hanya memberikan pengalaman yang nyaman dan menyatu dengan alam, tetapi juga menjadi model pembangunan berkelanjutan yang memperkuat potensi pariwisata di kawasan Guci Kabupaten Tegal. Oleh sebab itu, pembangunan fasilitas penginapan berupa resort untuk mewadahi kebutuhan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kawasan Desa Wisata Guci dengan tetap memperhatikan keadaan iklim sekitar yang diwujudkan melalui penggunaan pendekatan Arsitektur Tropis. The design of a resort in Guci Tourism Village, Tegal Regency, aims to create accommodation facilities that support local tourism development while preserving local wisdom and environmental sustainability. This tourist area has a key attraction in the form of natural hot springs, making it a popular destination for visitors. The resort is designed using a tropical architecture approach, considering Indonesia's tropical climate by utilizing local materials, natural ventilation, and maximizing daylight. The design prioritizes visitor comfort through the provision of extensive open spaces and natural air circulation within the buildings, along with the use of eco-friendly design elements such as wood, tiled roofs, and a rainwater management system. With this concept, the resort is expected not only to provide a comfortable and nature-integrated experience but also to serve as a model for sustainable development that enhances the tourism potential of the Guci area in Tegal Regency. Therefore, the construction of accommodation facilities in the form of a resort is intended to meet the needs of tourists visiting Guci Tourism Village while considering the surrounding climatic conditions, which are realized through the application of a Tropical Architecture approach.
