Abstract
This study examines the challenges MSMEs face, particularly in the Bakmi Jawa Pak Surat business, which has not fully leveraged the potential of digital technology. The absence of a digital-based ordering and payment system hinders competitiveness and achieving customer loyalty. This study aims to propose an innovative solution that integrates gamification methodologies within the online ordering system. The study’s primary objective is to ascertain the most effective strategy for integrating gamification methods, implementing payment gateway features, and incorporating digital technology. It is anticipated that implementing this novel system will enhance operational efficiency, foster customer loyalty, and enhance MSME digital literacy. Bakmi Jawa Pak Surat is expected to reap substantial benefits and achieve enhanced financial inclusion through this approach. This study is expected to contribute to developing MSMEs and local economic empowerment.
