Abstract
The Informatics Student Association of Yogyakarta Technology University (HIMATIKA UTY) serves as a forum for Informatics students at UTY to enhance the quality of human resources, which are intellectual, responsible, active, and capable of effective collaboration. One of the key activities organized by HIMATIKA UTY is the conduct of meetings, which are held regularly throughout the management period. However, managing these meetings is currently performed manually, leading to inefficiencies. The study developed the HIMATIKA UTY Meeting Agenda application, designed to enhance the execution of meeting activities. The system developed in this study encompasses web and mobile applications utilized by the secretary and administrators. This application is designed to streamline meeting management for secretaries, including the management of attendance, permit applications, and notifications to administrators regarding meeting schedules, minutes, and additional information.
