Abstract
Kabupaten Ngawi, yang terletak di barat Provinsi Jawa Timur, kini tengah berfokus pada pengembangan sektor pariwisata sebagai upaya untuk mendongkrak perekonomian daerah. Keberadaan Kabupaten Ngawi yang berada pada jalur lalu lintas strategis yang menghubungkan kota-kota besar seperti Surabaya, Madiun, Ngawi, Solo, dan Yogyakarta menjadikannya kawasan penting dalam pergerakan ekonomi. Untuk mendukung kemajuan sektor pariwisata, pengembangan fasilitas penunjang seperti transportasi, penginapan, dan rumah makan menjadi hal yang krusial. Kabupaten Ngawi memerlukan hotel dan restoran yang representatif untuk mendukung wisata dan event seni-budaya. Perancangan hotel bintang tiga di daerah ini mengadopsi pendekatan arsitektur regionalisme, yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan desain yang mencerminkan budaya dan kekhasan Kabupaten Ngawi, sehingga perkembangan daerah ini tidak menghilangkan identitas lokalnya. Dengan demikian, perancangan hotel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi faktor pendukung yang signifikan dalam memajukan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Ngawi. Ngawi Regency, located in the west of East Java Province, is currently focusing on developing the tourism sector as an effort to boost the regional economy. The existence of Ngawi Regency, which is located on a strategic traffic route connecting major cities such as Surabaya, Madiun, Ngawi, Solo, and Yogyakarta, makes it an important area in economic movement. To support the progress of the tourism sector, the development of supporting facilities such as transportation, accommodation, and restaurants is crucial. Ngawi Regency needs representative hotels and restaurants to support tourism and arts and cultural events. The design of a three-star hotel in this area adopts a regionalism architectural approach, which aims to create a design that reflects the culture and uniqueness of Ngawi Regency, so that the development of this area does not eliminate its local identity. Thus, the design of this hotel is expected to be a significant supporting factor in advancing the tourism sector in Ngawi Regency.
