Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED PERSONNEL APPLICATION INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: Sinduadi Village Office, Mlati, Sleman, DIY) Ade Rizki Maliano, Ikrimach Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Fkultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta Jl, Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta Email: [email protected], [email protected] ABSTRACT Sinduadi Village is one of the government agencies in Sleman district. In this research, the focus is on analyzing and designing web-based personnel attendance for Sinduadi Village. The main problem is that it is difficult for employees and staff to process presence if fingerprints are damaged and employees are working outside the office and data collection for attendance is still manual, making it troublesome for staff to collect data. This research uses a prototype method, this research aims to increase the effectiveness of current data processing. attendance data collection process. The research results show that the system designed can help manage employee data when recording employee attendance so that staff and employees who make attendance are very easy to do. In conclusion, Implementation of Web-Based Employee Attendance Information System Personnel Presence Application can increase effectiveness when processing attendance data and carrying out the attendance process in Sinduadi Village Keywords: Design, Presence, Web Based
